With all these new technological breakthroughs we haven't forgotten our valued customers that require the one on one personal service, so if you call during business hours you wont get the answer machine or voice mail to hope someone returns your call. We're in a convenient location for those who still want to finalize everything on a handshake & a smile, also we operate hours that fit your
schedule. The office even feels the need to have a TOLL FREE phone number for our customers out of the local area or anywhere in the domestic U.S. if plans change while on your trip. We even still accept CASH for those that don't believe in having credit cards.
The Agency has had to impose a reservation service fee due to the drastic airline commission cutbacks on Travel Agencies for the service's we DO provide beyond just the sale of your ticket. Such as- keeping you informed of air schedule changes, allows us to find the best possible fare, reserving that car or hotel at your destination. Also are agents are paid hourly or salary allowing any of us to answer your questions or finalize that trip without worry of causing a fight over the commission's while speeding you through the reservation process. The Service Fee works like this; we charge 35.00 per reservation (Not Per Person) which will stay valid for the validity of the
ticket(s) purchased. So if you need to make changes to your reservations we don't charge our fee again only what the airlines impose for changes & any increase in fares. Also our fee & commission's we've collected are always non-refundable.
